Sounds like the Obama camp is having to spend a lot of time fundraising since they didn't take the public funding. Meanwhile McCain has $84 million of our tax money to combine with the RNC dollars.

If McCain somehow convinces people he's the candidate of change (wtf?!) and hoodwinks enough voters to win, I am going to wish I gave Obama the full $2300 allowable under campaign finance law. For now I'm giving as much as I can and I invite you to give at my personal fundraising page at barackobama.com. Even $5 or $10 will be put to good use in states like mine where McCain's tv ads refer to Obama as "more of the same". It's a funny joke until someone believes it!

Obama has no chance. Remember, this is the country who voted for George Bush twice. The United States has the dumbest humans on the planet Earth.

They are quite dumb, but I do think Obama will win this.
McPalin will lose speed after their convention and hockey mom hasn't said anything new since the convention...actually I'm not so sure she's actually said anything specific in the first place.

She'll be facing the media soon, and despite the fact that her advisors will have every response scripted, I expect the media to be pretty rough on her "experience" and past issues the republican have swept under the rug for the last 2 weeks.

Then come the debates. Obama will do well against McCain and Biden should do even better against Palin.

And after all of that if Joe American comes out and votes for McCain again, then I'd agree with you 100%...dumbest people ever.

I believe all campaigns should be funded with public money. special interest groups should be completely shut out.
