    This is an advance on your 2008 Tax Return. Your 2008 Tax Return will include a new $600 credit.

    plus show me in the Bill where it says there will be a "new" credit to cover this..........

    In other words, whatever amount you'll get in your rebate now will also be seen as a credit on your 2008 taxes.

    the $500 tax credit i normally get was taken away this year

    x3 kids = $1500 i was shorted this year

    so -$1500 + $600 (so you say, for next year)

    = $900 i'll be shorted in the "big picture"
