Pakistan's Musharraf steps down and it's too bad our President doesn't have the decency to do the same.

    it appears tho that the pakistani people actually are trying to hold their elected leader accountable ... don't blame bush for not wanting to step down ... blame the checks and balances ...

    how about we discuss the seriousness of such an event. must you turn this into a bush bashing thread? Pakistan is a nuclear power and next to Saudi arabia, is a hot bed of Islamic extremist activity. this is bad

    It appears they're not afraid to take on their "Decider" and we on the other hand turn into chickens when it comes to impeachment. Dennis Kucinich the only one with some guts to do something.

    Just as ambassadors tender their resignation at the end of each administration, should not U.S. puppets around the world do the same?
