Is this justice or is there no justice at all when one is accused of killing a police officer? Here's the case of Ronnie L. White and his mysterious death in county jail 36 hours after being accused of killing a PG County police officer from the Washington Post.

Inquiry Into Death Scrutinizes Actions of Jail Guards and now has race relations in America gotten to the point where rules of law can't be followed.

It appears in America those rules of law can be thrown and police can implement their own form of justice.

it appears to me that you and everyone else in the article is jumping the gun. suicide by hanging is fairly common in jails. at least here where I live. and most jails (and I've been to more than I can count) have about 1 guard for every 100 prisoners. the "solitary" cells like this guy was in are usually up front close to the booking counter, which is the most hectic part of any jail because they are busy with phone calls, buzzing people into and out of the jail, and booking in new arrivals. I don't see it hard to believe that this guy hanged himself without being noticed. but it WOULD have been noticed by everyone, including new inmates being booked in, if there was a guard in there strangling him.

not saying whether he was a suicide or a murder, because I don't know. but it's definitely premature to assume that he was murdered.

Maybe not so fast fast in that what the coroner had to say...Suspect in Md. Officer's Death Was Strangled and as much as some may want to believe the jail attendents I find it extremely hard to think Ronnie White strangled himself with HIS OWN HANDS.

I live in this county and this is the most corrupt police/corrections department with abuse of force in the DC Metro Area. This same department Prince George's who arrested me for no reason back when I was 18 simply because they wanted to. Pissed off because a year earlier Terrance Johnson killed two officers while locked up and being beaten by them. My case was thrown out but the humiliation still exists today.
