I cannot believe he did this so cheap. Bush had his "Pioneers" raise $250,000 to buy them ambassador jobs and perks.
  • The justice department has the time to investigate this non issue but has no time for things such as the CIA tape fiasco and no bid military contracts.

Great to see our US tax dollars being put to good use.

I'm opposed to just about everything the federal government spends my tax dollars on. At least this one has some entertainment value for me.

Why do they still call this guy reverend? He is scum, and always was scum. I'm sure being a reverend means you tie business deals and political deals together. He is making Jesus proud.

Why is this only coming up now, this appears to have occurred back in 2003? Is this any different than what other candidates have done in the past, picking at staws here?

You;re right. Not different at all except for they got it on tape. Nothing spectacular gong on here...pretty much just business as usual across the board.

Al Sharpton Promotes and inspires peace in lots of youth and adults and continues to do it today. And he has a great sense of humor.

all candidates do this...and the fact this is even brought up leads me to believe furthermore...that color is still an issue today.

There will always be racism with those around who promote it. I do not know what peace he promotes. Turning bad jokes into witchhunts?

You should do your homework on that scumbag before you defend him.
He is one of the biggest lowlifes on the planet.
I really hope there are not a bunch of people in here that actually like this piece of shit, if that's the case, I'm gone. That would be the last draw.

    Oprah's next.
SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.

Sharpton is a scumbag, but I'm curious about the whole hatred for oprah that is out there... Granted she is filthy rich, but she just doesn't seem like a polarizing figure to me. I could really care less about her either way, but a lot of people just flat out hate her, and I am kinda wondering why (besides OLS's ridiculous claim that "she hates white people")?

Al Sharpton is one of the worst elements for better race relations. He is a fucking opportunist who will attach himself to any issue and the first to scream racism even if the situation does not warrent it. The black community should have shunned this fucking parasite after the Tawana Brawley fiasco. He is a disgrace to the black community and the good he may have done or does is greatly out weighed by the many illegal and underhanded things he does. MLK must be rolling in his grave knowing that this leech is the man who took up his banner.
