    The Royal York is a bit rich...will research some alternatives for your consideration.

    cheapest room i found on that site, for 1 adult, non smoking .. etc.. .. 239 a night. mama mia! if it's that expensive locally, think i might just rest the 4 day's under the stars .. under a bridge or something, with a few hobo's instead.

    We have stayed at the Bond hotel when PJ did their 2 shows at ACC in 2006...its close to Eaton Center. The rooms are quite small, but affordable. I am not sure where Massey Hall is, but if you are talking about Royal York, I assume it is in the same vicinity as ACC, which makes it in the same vicinity as the Loose Moose, which is always a great place to go for a pre-party!!

    massey hall is RIGHT across the street from the Eaton Centre ... there is a days inn on gerrard that is like a 5-10 mins walk from the venue ... and it's got an indoor water slide ... :)

    there are tons of hotels downtown - so, lots to choose from ...
