Oh my.

Which makes me think that, instead of eating less beef (as PETA would have me believe), we should be eating more!!

    Actually in that regard, if you didn't eat cattle, they wouldn't farm as much of it and there would be less cows.

    By my joke, I was just saying that if they stopped farming cattle then we could just eat all of the leftover cattle really quickly.

    I feel as though transportation systems get a lot of shit for producing so much CO2, but when you put it in perspective, it's really not so bad. There are probably more cattle on earth today than there have ever been in the history of man. Right? This is a direct result of mankind's needs. Therefore, it seems like mankind needs to stop being so darn needy! Hah.

    True enough, but if you look the history of CO2 and global warming over the last few billions years. It doesn't seem to be something we can stop. Even plants become biological waste eventually. Though it would be a lot better if we didn't have cows dropping big pies all the time.

    99.9% of the people who believe this are complete idiots. This isn't exactly a new idea. Jeremy Rifkin was shouting the same BS from the rooftops way back in the early '90s.

    Humans exhale carbon dioxide. If we really want to stop global warming, I'd suggest everyone STOP BREATHING.

    Cow farts cause greenhouse gasses.
    Sun spots cause global warming.
    The space shuttle causes global warming.



    And if you dig deep enough, EVERY single "expert" who spews this nonsense out is linked in one way or another to the oil industry. Just as long as they're able to lay the blame on anybody else's doorstep.

    There are more humans on this planet than any other animal. Our farts and gases have to contribute much more than the cows. Maybe we should fart into self-sealing containers, than submit them for use as an energy source, no?

    Its actually possible to eat beef that does not contain this shit. I've switched to organic, naturally-raised meat.

    as i always say; an article is only as valid as the author. one writes with their opinion in mind. the cause is not cattle; but methane which is a byproduct of decomposition.
