I would like to see pj ask Mudhoney to go out with them next year. Or maybe they could just open for Mudhoney. :-)

The Tragically Hip, a canadian alt-rock combo, made popular in Canada by a government legislated mandatory 35% Canadian content that must be played on all radio stations in Canada

This certainly played into their rise but I think it also has to do with the fact that they seriously rock.

I seriously do not care who they tour with as long as they play a lot of shows. :D

Nah they just ripped REM off, knew they had the market in Canada cornered and never tried to grow. If they rocked like people say they;d be big everywhere not just Canada

I saw Mudhoney play once. I was at the back of a 20000 seat stadium, while they certainly rocked I just didn't seem to totally connect with it. I have since thought that maybe I need to see them up close in a smaller gin joint

MMJ however, hit me from the back row...especially Wordless Chorus

I missed seeing Iggy open for PJ...that is my wish. No one is as cool as Iggy Pop.

i would be so happy if they toured with Mudhoney again.

I saw them at the Warsaw in Brooklyn, NY with less than 100 other people and they rocked seriously hard.
I also saw them at Knitting factory in NYC --maybe 200 people. Also seriously rockin. Mudhoney is awesome.

Nickleback would be better, their lead singer could do Cornell's part on Hunger Strike

Seeing Mudhoney in a small space is pretty special, and if you know their music it can give you a better picture of what makes them so great.

AiC, with both bands supporting a new album would be fucking sweet.
...Pearl Jam, a group filled with pride, passion, and intricate musicianship. Their music is full of subtle textures, rich color, soul-searching power, imagery, and eerie dissonance.
