Excuse me for starting the thread negatively, but I hate Bono and everything he stands for. Well, I don't hate his cuase per se but the way he promotes it for his own benefit makes me want to not give a shit.

No worries, I knew it was coming. I think this board is probably one of the only places that Bono is so polarizing. I'm pretty apathetic to Bono myself, but I think this organization is amazing.

There actually well over 100 partners with ONE that do incredible work.

Anyways, ONE Vote 08 is hopefully something everybody can get behind regardless of partisan leaning or feelings towards Bono.

Bono annoys me, but he has done more for to help people than everyone on this board put together. Granted he does put him self in the spotlight, but that might be the only way to attract more and more attention to the issues that he is working on.
