Do you have your address list computerized already?

Okay. Just go to Tools, Letters and Mailings

Go through the wizard selecting the size of labels you have, then browse to the location of your address list file.

Place fields on the labels that correspond to the address fields (Name, Street Address, City, etc)

Sounds complicated but there's decent instructions in the wizard.

PM if you need more help.
