    Sachs is officially the only man to make economics almost sexy. "The End Of Poverty" was, by economic reading material standards, a very enjoyable read.

    yeah it was really good. made you want to go out and do something.

    I read his book, but I had just taken a course in development econ and a lot of it was a little redundant for me after that so I didn't get too into it. it is very accessible though- very good for the noneconomist especially.
