Why do you have all those guns?


In Sweden you have to be active in a association to get the license on a gun, shotgun or a rifle. It is against the law to wear weapon in public.

But Sweden isnt the Land of the free and home of the brave...but we stay alive.

    Don't you know that more guns = less violent crime.

    That's how things are done here in America.
    Think about it...if everyone has a gun those evil fuckers that HAVE guns won't use them because everyone else has them.

    Too bad I (now) live in a state with a concealed weapon law and it has done noting more then INCREASE gun violence in this state...

    Dont think so man, here in Sweden its hard to get a gun witout a license, so the EVIL ONCE usually has a knife, couse the cant get hold of a gun. The cops has guns and then shut the mother fuc.. in the knee.

    We dont have death penalty, so if you killed one you get about 15 years in prison, if you kill 2 you brobably get more time. In the states that have death penalty- if you killed one, you could continue to kill, because youll get the deat penalty any way. Here he knows, ok i killed one, if a kill a cop ill do more time in prison- ill surrender. Right?

    I was actually be sarcastic because that is the response many "pro-gun types" use.
    Where I live now they have the Concealed Weapon Law, so as long as your registered with the state you can walk around the streets with a gun in your pocket or purse. I'm not afraid of guns, I'm afraid of the psychos and nutbags out there that carry them freely.
    And yeah, there are a lot more gun related accidents and deaths here...more so then the last two states I lived in...imagine that.

    So when somebody gets riled up and is starting to go out of their mind and has a concealed weapon, that isn't a bad thing? The fact that you don't have to be a loose cannon to pull a trigger dosen't do much for the pro-gun crowd. Now you just have to step on somebody's toes the wrong way and then can shoot you. Nobody can convince me that you need to carry a gun. And if you don't feel safe without one. You are in one paranoid little place that you shouldn't be around the rest of society anyway.

    Up here they need to crack down on gun use. As I don't give a rats ass if gun playas want to kill other gun playas. But if you are found to be playing with an illegal handgun, you should be sent to prison for at least 20 years. By the time you get out, the tough guy edge should be a little tamer.

    For those who are wondering I've come to the conclusion that the U.S. is just a little fucked up with guns.

    I have zero fear of being shot, or have a gun pulled on me in Canada...anywhere in Canada for that matter. This is why guns are essentially useless to own up here in Canada...there's no point. I am not exaggerating.

    I gotta ask....seriously...what the fuck is wrong with the US and the gun thing?

    is this a serious question? because they exist. do you think banning guns will automatically make them melt or something? should we have a war on guns like the war on drugs? that's worked SO well. I'm assuming the question is a rhetorical one, it makes people feel better to blame something obtuse for the root cause of evil actions...i mean...it's too judgemental to recognize evil, and no-one wants to be viewed as judgemental.
