    the only one i can remeber is a dude named Rizzo. Thats all I know. I lived in Philly for a few years and thats the only one that I remeber. oh and ed randell i think. I you want my honest opinion, I dont think Philly hasnt had a good mayor in a long long time and I say this because their was alot fucked up parts of Philly. Sad to say cuz I enjoyed my time there and the people are great.
