Perhaps it has the implication that those that can die fear death. The only ones not fearing it, is the immortals ie. god(s) or something.
(edit) Which is a roundabout way to say that everyone fears death.

it could be in the way of those who believe in reincarnation think they wil meet the people they know again so they might have no fear to die?!

sounds more like something they tell those send out to blow themselves up....how else would you get somebody to do something like that....go blow yourself up along with alot of others....they wil die because they fear death and you wil not.(sounds really like some of the things some radical muslims made it to the news over here in holland...that line was preached to their followers)
