that cheer Obama on.. they say.. WE CAN CHANGE
what heppens if he's elected
and like the last 8 years and before...nothing changes
seems like a lot of pressure being put on just one person

somethings fishy when people are looking to politicians to help their lives who havent done anything for them at all like religious people turn to their god.
where are the candidates who think we should help ourselves like the old days that built this foundation that we stand on in this country.
There is a candidate out there who thinks we should help ourselves and not depend on the government for everything. His name is Ron Paul.
have any good quotes from him suggesting this?
I will find some.
wrong thread.
If I opened it now would you not understand?
i would never go to a moderator for someone to be banned
EVER
no matter how many threads of mine they ruin
This is something I found.
"Self-reliance and self-defense are American virtues; trembling reliance on the illusion of government-provided security is not."
Below is a link to the article I pulled it from.

if he wins i hope he is the type of guy who can slap people around who dont understand the lengths that quote can go in shaping the sheep up. but he should also know that it isnt just an american virtue... its an earth virtue
Isn't everyone running on the change platform?

After watching this vid, I think he's essentially a car salesman cheerleading for himself using all the catchy words that people want to hear.

He can talk the talk, but where does he stand really?

Exactly.
Who has been consistently saying the same thing for years and was right then and right now is more important. This is what matters more than which bus candidates have hopped as their meal ticket to sway votes.
say the magic words "abra cadabra bush was bad waris bad...vote for me"
shazam!
go back a few years and see them all merrily riding along feeding the big machine like good little drones.

He won't and he isn't.
Obama stands a good chance of winning the Dem nomination if he can win New Hampshire. So get used to it, please, and start thinking about the ramifications of his win, and what it will mean for America and for America's standing in the world's view of us.
Get ready for people to start talking about how he can blow establishments down. Dean hoped to have Obama's turnout way back in 2004, and didn't come close. Get ready for people to start talking about how he can attract people from different parties. Get ready for people to start talking about how he has been making a difference from the start.
Get ready for people to start looking at Pollster.com and seeing his winning streak rise up from out of nowhere to overtake MSM "top picks".
Get ready for me to start posting on here more often -- like I used to.
I'm liking it. I'm liking it all the way.
America needs a thoughtful, respectful, and outside-the-box President right now. I found him a year ago. His name is Barack Hussein Obama, and I think he'd approve this message.
Peace and happy new year,
