  • I think building a highway from Mexico - Canada is a fine idea. Doing it at the cost of those who don't necessarily want it or need it, however, I'm not such a fan of.

There is going to be alot of protest from the Unions from the sounds of it.
Stix and Stones may break my bones, but More than Words will never hurt me.
  • I wonder who's congressional disctricts that this is going through, and who is buying the land that this road is supposed to take.

    Very, very good questions.

They should be protesting themselves. They're the entire reason projects like this happen.

would you still consider it a fine idea if it leads to the loss of sovereignty for Canada, the U.S and Mexico, the creation of the North American Union? One nation under the constitution of the United Nations?

Since a highway cannot do the things you mention, yes.
One nation under the constitution of the United Nations?

No thanks. But again, a highway can't cede sovereignty.
  • Bah... I've had my Visa request rejected twice already (for 2 work-related conferences in Boston and Orlando… apparently a Mexican, English speaking guy, with a car and paying for a house can't provide enough guaranties that he will be coming back to his homeland).
I don't think I'll be allowed to use that highway anytime soon.
North American Union? Yeah, right… Like Mexico would ever be taken in. You would be swarmed with Mexicans stealing your jobs and taking back California.
