haha well unfortunately it won't take effect until Jan 2010 I think...we gotta let the cops live it up for a year or so before all they can do is fine us $100 :p

That's cool of Massachusetts, they tend to be very liberal thinking. While it's not the same thing, I'm very proud of Michigan for legalizing medicinal Marijuana, where I never thought that would happen. Especially being the 13th state to do that, I still can't believe it happened and I'm really proud of the voters of my state today. :)

Time to move to Mass!! but hey, Oregon has the most legal cards issued for medical use. Its pretty easy to get a card in this state.
I knew all the rules, but the rules did not know me...GUARANTEED!

  • Careful its not law yet:

The proposition will become law 30 days after it is reported to the Governor's Council, which usually meets in late November or early December. But the Legislature could amend or repeal the new law, as they have done with prior initiatives passed by the voters.

So basically they can ignore who people voted and have done so in the past.

    SHOW COUNT: (164) 1990's=3, 2000's=53, 2010/20's=108, US=118, CAN=15, Europe=20 ,New Zealand=4, Australia=5

Well hopefully that won't happen. It's still nice to know the people voted it in.

Those are awesome apples!!! In fact, after considering the munchie factor, I would like a couple apples. Washington grown Gala apples please.
