Maybe we should sit down and talk with these terrorist, and after a huge or two everything will be fine. If that doesn't work, maybe we can ignore it and it will go away......

Or maybe its the work of Bush..because everything is his fault.
Or maybe we should just invade and kill hundreds of thousands more innocent people, and occupy a country or two.

You have to make sure the country has nothing to do with the terrorist attacks first.
  • Ofcourse it' s people who kill people. Differencies between religions, nationalities, unfortunately are used by people who want to promote their evil ideas. Terrorism is spreading that is a fact. Innocent people lose their lifes. Goverments want to promote messures for our safety against terrorism but it's obvious that those messures intent to put limits on human life. What happened in India it's scary beacause represents something different than a terrorist act. Represents an act of war. I hope that people have in the future more critical thinking and stop being manipulated by other people.

i.e. who gave you free will? god... is god NOT religion?
No god is NOT religion. Some proponents of particular faiths USE religion as the basis for their own ends. Religion is another form of control. Any WORD from God gets filtered through the human mind. The bible as we know it today( both Old and New testaments) Have been revised to keep those that had some kind of power over people IN power.

Name ONE religious text thats widely accepted as the word of GOD and tell me where in this text it says it's ok to oppress , kill ....... on and on the f'd up things humans do to one another.

To the OP... it seem like a bunch of tools have hijacked this thread with thier own agenda...

Anyway the latest is over 150 killed. There are reports that the police are in control of the Taj Hotel, however this has been said before and then fighting would start up again... Opps never mind just reported that there are more shots fired at the hotel...

New numbers 160 killed 327 wounded....

They always seem to find a way to tie it to Al-Qaeda

apparently this is the group responsible for the violence.

This group claimed responsibility, revenge for ATS raids against their group.

    the Deccan Mujahideen-

You should know that your acts are not at all left unnoticed; rather we are closely keeping an eye on you and just waiting for the right time to execute your bloodshed. We are aware of your recent raids at Ansarnagar, Mograpada in Andheri and the harassment and trouble you created there for the Muslims.

"You threatened to murder them and your mischief went to such an extent that you even dared to abuse and insult Maulana Mahmood-ul-Hasan Qasmi and even misbehaved with the Muslim women and children there.

"If this is the degree your arrogance has reached, and if you think that by these stunts you can scare us, then let the Indian Mujahideen warn all the people of Mumbai that whatever deadly attacks Mumbaikars will face in future, their responsibility would lie with the Mumbai ATS and their guardians - Vilasrao Deshmukh and R R Patil. You are already on our hit-list and this time very very seriously."

The chief of Mumbai's ATS was killed in a gun battle [during the fighting].

But its still unclear exactly who is responsible.

Earlier Friday, Pakistan's Defense Minister Ahmed Mukhtar, in Islamabad, denied involvement by his country: "I will say in very categoric terms that Pakistan is not involved in these gory incidents."

Indian home minister Jaiprakash Jaiswal said a captured gunmen had been identified as a Pakistani and Patil, the Maharashtra state official, said: "It is very clear that the terrorists are from Pakistan. We have enough evidence that they are from Pakistan."

"It's obvious they were trained somewhere ... Not everyone can handle the AK series of weapons or throw grenades like that," an unidentified member of India's Marine Commando unit told reporters, his face wrapped in a black mask. He said the men were "very determined and remorseless" and ready for a long siege. One backpack they found had 400 rounds of ammunition inside.
