    No one ever has covered 100 meters more quickly. The previous fastest time under any conditions was 9.69

    Yeah I know I watched this yesterday... the thing is... Gay doesn't do well out of the blocks. Yesterday at 10 meters in he was probably in last place!!! Once he is coached to come out of the blocks better... He could run a 9.65 or better.
