best I've heard in a long time. I forget how beautiful that song is because I hear it often, but the DC version from this year got me today :)

    I was at this show & I was more touched than I've been at a show in a long long time.

    Out of all the shows I wasn't at including the Beacon, this was the show I wished I was there. I love the setlist!

    Oh well, the boot will be my consolation prize I guess.

    i was just about to start a thread about this. just heard the bootleg of this show for the first time. this was hands down the best version of black i've ever seen live, maybe that i've ever even heard, and i've heard a lot.....then they followed it with the best version of rvm i've ever seen......fantastic. best show of the tour that i saw out of 5. the band was clicking all night.

    Not sure I have ever heard a bad version, but the ones lately have been AMAZING!! One that I rediscovered again last night was from the 11-5-00 show. Everyone talks about the 11-6 being the end all be all because of the return of ALIVE, but the 11-5 was a STELLAR SHOW and BLACK was a BIG highlight imho...:)
