....and from uruknet in Denmark this time no doubt. Their photoshop skills are improving....they can now fabricate over 200 actual people from scratch (thin air?!) to fulfill the israeli-propagandica prime directive. Amazing skills.

"Over two hundred Israeli settlers assaulted Palestinian and International worshippers who were holding a prayer service at Ush Ghrab park in Beit Sahour Wednesday evening.

As the mass started the settlers, who organized an activity in the same site, started to provoke the worshippers and asked them to leave, eyewitnesses reported.

Settlers also threatened some of the local and international journalists who were present. The Israeli soldiers who were there asked the internationals and the Palestinians to leave the park and did not attempt to stop the settlers when they started to force everyone to leave, the witnesses said."

....

Later a group of settlers were interviewed (by reporters that weren't bleeding from various locations on the face), and the settlers themselves said "you just couldn't find a nicer bunch of compassionately delusional extremists".

heart warming story.

I was planning on responding in a sarcastic manner about how regardless of these facts, people seem to still excuse Israeli oppression against the Palestinians, but it just pissed me off and made me tired...
  • like a bunch of flies fighting over a small piece of turd....

    Lollers.

Those Israelis. I sometimes wonder how cruel it is that they cannot just let the Palestinians alone. So nitpicky.

Maybe if we started arming the palestinians instead of the Israelis ;)
All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal.

  • Wait a sec....

Christians are considered terrorists and the enemy?

Does that not kinda freak some people out? White people being treated like the enemy despite everything?

cmon...this is going to far... these people were praying in a religious service.

and they get attacked and the Israeli army just let's it happen?

That's just not right and you all know it...

"Israel rarely acts when Palestinians complain of settler violence, said Vincent Pasquier, a research officer for the European mission, known as the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH), which has monitored Hebron since 1994. "What is totally lacking is a determined will to act against the settlers in terms of arrest and prosecution," Pasquier said. The Israelis have closed Hebron roads at 120 points, according the latest count by the 63-strong observer mission."

Buried somewhere in this semi-coherent nonsense about white people and terrorists and such is a valid point.
Seriously, dude ... If you'd drop the nonsense portions of your posts, we'd argue less. ;)

I am sad to see this kind post here. that you have a profound hatred of Israeli 'settlers' is obvious, however your claim that their 'settlements' are 'illegal' betrays a complete lack of knowledge in the area of international law. That you have resorted to the Islamic propaganda of the Chomsky-loving, self denigrating, orientalist website 'uruknet' shows your willingness to believe anything that feeds your predjudice. Israeli Jews who risk all and give all they have to building beutiful lives in their Biblical heartland, deserve the utmost respect. I expect that if you met some yourself, you would see, as I have, their integrity and humanity. When their enemies come onto their hard won land and prevent their pre-organised event from taking place by turning up for a protest 'prayer' event, they have every right to escort them off. Uruknet's report alledges Israeli violence and Palestinian pacifism, hmmm, that would be a first. I'd like to see some evidence, not just hollow, one sided, slander.
