    LH Oswald style: Perpetrate a crime, set up the person who is the most intimately knowledgeable of the need-to-know details to take the blame ... then have them eliminated.

    Hey, the media said he had a restraining order put on him so he MUST be guilty of this as well. I think he probably had something to do with Steve Fossett's disappearance as well just because that case needs to be solved.
