Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

  • cold dark matter simulations...strings of clusters galxies are formed in what appears to be a field of energy that behaves like plasma. There are new theories emerging that that everything in the universe is electricity. Oddly enough plasma is comprised of a double helix structure, same as our dna.

Approx. 17.2 billion light-years and growing of observable universe.

New figures might already be available.

  • Give this a watch sometime. Particularly at 12 mins for a few mins.

A magnetic field cannot exist without electricity.

Everything is electricity...everywhere...within us...all around us...all encompassing and forever.

Isn't electricity just free electrons? Free electrons are more commonly known as static electricity, but I'm referring to electrons outside of the confines of the atom. Wether they are conduced or not. There are still protons, neutrons and such that are not electric.

I am taking an astronomy course for enthusiasts (amateur??) and last class the teacher addressed this matter and I almost got depressed... it's soooo big that it's size becomes unimportant!!
the electricity theory is very interesting tho!!

I guess I should say the fundamental state of all matter is plasma. I think everything is one singular repeating pattern in infinite sizes shapes and configurations. If you look at the picture here http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/26/Plasma-lamp_2.jpg and compare it to the cold dark matter simulation pictures in my second post it becomes quite apparent what the situation appears to be. Also wiki " plasma" for a brief description, it goes along the lines of what you are saying. Check out Thunderbolt of the Gods, it goes a fair way to explaining it. Good documentary.

It's not how big it is, it's what you do with it that counts. Or better still, who.

And the beauty of it all is, they're always going to be wrong. It's like estimating the size of someone's arse by their facebook pic. It's not an exact science.
  • Almost forgot... drag the slider and watch at 34 mins re: the sun being an electrical focus point for outside energy rather than the energy source itself (with regards to observed surface temps).

Awesome stuff. So much can be easily explained with the electrical model that standard gravitational model cannot hope to ever explain.
