"Saudi Arabia was the source of 41% of the foreign fighters who came into Iraq during the past year to carry out suicide bombings or other attacks, according to an analyis conducted by the U.S. military and leaked to the New York Times. This is consistent with the efforts of the British- and Cheney-allied Prince Bandar grouping in Saudi Arabia, to build up a fundamentalist Sunni "buffer state'' in al-Anbar and other border areas of Iraq, as EIR has already documented.
Although 40% percent was the previous rough estimate for Saudi fighters, detailed analysis of documents and computer data seized in a raid on a desert camp near the Syrian border provided substantiation of this, with biographical data on more than 700 fighters who entered Iraq between Aug. 2007 and Sept. 2007. In reporting this today, the New York Times also notes that foreign fighters make up only a small portion of the insurgency in Iraq, which remains overwhelmingly Iraqi and Sunni. Of more than 25,000 inmates in U.S. detention camps in Iraq, who are suspected of insurgent activity or considered a threat to security, only about one percent are foreigners.
And despite all the propaganda aimed at Iran by U.S. officials, only 11 Iranians are in U.S. custody..."

Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

As much as I hate the Saudi government its not them that are involved in sending foreign fighters to countries. These are pockets of groups that act on their own will to go fight. It isn't only the case in Iraq but also during the summer war between the Lebanese army and Fatah-Al-Islam. There were a lot of Saudi fighters in that group.
As for the Iranians its all a Western campaign with future intentions. They've called for talks several times only to be shut down.
25,000 Insurgents
1% Foreign fighters: 250
41% Saudi ~ 103 and 11 Iranians
and they wanna tell people "its not the Iraqis fighting us" hahaha
2.U.S. suspicious if funding not there iran will acquire a nuclear weapon from its neighbor Iraq.
3.Saudi Arabia hires a handful of Bin Laden's best guys already residing in the U.S. to attack economic focal points in return for family immunity and personal immunity, plus lots of money.
4.U.S. Attacked in 2001 by men of middle-eastern descent
5.U.S. invades Iraq in attempt to disarm or steal Arms of Planetary Catastrophe and to control Oil Fields.
6.President George W. Bush assasinated in 2008 by a man of middle-eastern descent.
7.Oil fields in Iraq attacked by men with ties to the Iran Revolutionary Guard
8.U.S. uses three nuclear bombs to decimate populated iranian cities.
9.WWIII begins in 2008. England, U.S., France, vs. Iran, Russia, Middle-Eastern Militia, and North Korea.
England will be the only nation destroyed.
Don't hold it in too long it fucks you up!
The Saudi government may not be sending the fighters into Iraq but they do fund the religious schools that preach the extremist form of Islam that calls these people to arms.
They are more likely to fund their alcohol, drug and sex addictions in Europe and the US.
Well we fund their debase lifestyle, the Saudi royals that is, but in order to create a buffer against the wave of hatred that would engulf them and have them beheaded in front of millions they build and fund the madrahas(SP) in order to have that hatred directed at others.
