    well we wouldn't want the sensitive people that might happen to be flying over it offended now do we? it's only tax payers money anyway what the hell go ahead. better yet why not just level the whole thing and build a new one!

    we better do a full observation from space to see if we can find any other oddities that may offend people. i don't know if this counts but my dad booted me in the ass once when i was a kid and every time i see italy on a map it reminds me of that painful day..could we possibly reshape the country?

    I think it would be cheaper to spell out "Is Bad!" with rocks outside of the building so when people fly over there are like "Damn right!"...and it will only cost like $50. HAHA

    they noticed when they built it. you couldn't tell from the ground, so they kept the plans.

    thanks, google earth. you just cost us 600 large for something nobody else even cared about or noticed for 40 years. awesome

    The architects have to draw it up on paper from at least two angles (top and side views being most common)

    Call me crazy but if you show me (or anyone) a floor plan of the building from a common (default) view...the top down...the first thing people are going to notice.

    I believe it would be noticeable just driving a 360 around it in the parking lot.
