Perhaps the goal was smearing these candidates, so that the other candidates, that I then suppose are much more safe bets for unconditional Israel support, looks better. That smearing was the goal seems pretty apparent.
(and apparently pro-arab/pro-palestine in any way is automatically anti-Israel of course :rolleyes: )
