"CHICAGOAs the 2008 presidential election draws closer, Democrat Barack Obama has reportedly been working tirelessly with his top political strategists to perfect his looking-off-into-the-future pose, which many believe is vital to the success of the Illinois senator's campaign.
When performed correctly, the pose involves Obama standing upright with his back arched and his chest thrust out, his shoulders positioned 1.3 feet apart and opened slightly at a 14-degree angle, and his eyes transfixed on a predetermined point between 500 and 600 yards away. Advisers say this creates the illusion that Obama is looking forward to a bright future, while the downturned corners of his lips indicate that he acknowledges the problems of the present."

Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

"Adam's apple must be visible at all times, to remind people Obama is male, and therefore capable of leading the country."

Teehee. Thanks.
Who knew an 80's hair band could be worked into an Obama thread?

Is there anything that can't stand to include a little 80's cheese metal? If there is, I haven't found it.
Perhaps not, but I do think that old politicians bring too much baggage and too many old cronies with them.
HA!
It really can lighten the mood, such frivolous feel good music it is.

Nice.
This election should have a ironic, pun-laden cheese metal soundtrack!
Hilary Clinton's theme: Unskinny Bopular Vote by Poison
Obama's theme: I Wan' Barack by Twisted Sister
McCain's theme: Youth Gone Wild by Skid Row
The Demmiecrats' theme: We're Just Gonna Fake It by Twisted Sister
The Republicans' theme: (You've Gotta) Fight For The White Man's Party by the Beastie Boys
The voting process theme: Cherry Piebold by Warrant
The last song on the album would be Obama singing Winds of Change, but at the end, he just starts cackling maniacally.
I put too much thought into that.
That happens to be a good thing.
That maybe true but youth does not guarantee progression. I'd like to see more than just a new, young, smiling face in the white house in terms of progress for this country.
Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.

OMG!
ROFLMFAO!!!
That's some quality mockery there. Thanks, RS!
