    I',m going to kick myself for saying this but I sort of agree with Geraldo. It is a case of drunk driving not an immigration issue. O'Reilly never made a stink about the several other hundred DUI fatalities in the state of Virginia.

    i agree with o'reilly sadly. if illegal aliens commit crimes, why do they get to stay here on my dollar in jail? send them home.

    That part I agree with, but the only reason O'Reilly is even paying any attention to this story is because it involves an illegal immigrant. Like Geraldo said what about the other hundreds of DUI fatalities.

    This EXACT thing just happened in a suburb of st. louis, where a 21-year-old girl who was the passenger in a car was rearended and killed by an illegal alien. This was April 20.

    Since then, not ONE thing has been mentioned on O'Reilly's show. This was a publicity stunt. Neither of them cares about anything but their own agenda.

    because it proves a good point. our immigration policy is fucked from head to toe, but this seems like a no-brainer. if the guy was a serial killer, would you say he shouldn't be asking why the guy got to stick around after the first murder?

    accidents happen. everyone is human. there is a difference between an accident and a willful violation of the law.

    I guess you have a point. Well it's no secret that our immigration policy is FUBAR and no one in our government has to balls to really do something about it.

    He didn't prove anything. He exploited a horrible accident to scream nationalist bullshit at us on TV. The fact that the man was an illegal makes no difference. The same exact thing happens thousands and thousands of times a year without any of the involved being illegals. People still say "they should've locked him up for the first DUI". The fact that the man was illegal makes no difference. O reily is a jackass.

    the jails are full of illegals that commit crimes. if you sneek into a country and cannot get a legal job; you must commit crimes to survive. entering the country illegally is a crime in itself. this means that anyone here illegally is a criminal. allowing criminals to roam our streets and kill innocent citizens is or should be a crime.

    dui is a crime with harsh reprocussions. and it is prosecuted vigorously. the government seems to close a blind eye to illegals and that is the crime o'rielly was addressing.

    yes it does. american citizens should be locked up after one offense. illegal aliens should be deported. they're not here legally to begin with. if they want to sneak in and THEN break our laws, they can go home.
