Thanks Roland, that was really beautiful & sad, but inspiring. As for Rove (previous post by Kat) I don't think I can say what I think of him without getting locked out of the thread....

That poor man...living a very sad reality inside he is. A personal torment from within whether he realizes or not.

Just got back from spending a great day with my niece and nephew, thinking to myself what happens to some people that they can stray so far from where they once began.

As I revisited the thread just now my clock went from 11:59 to 12:00. How interestingly ironic. Happy Earth day.

As much as it pains me to say this, I went to a stop global warming concert last week. I must admit, the solutions they offered and the way to go about making change (through politics and trying to demand change) was very informative, and it was a very good presentation. Didn't care for some of the global warming rhetoric, but that was to be expected. And i had to laugh at the irony of the global warming concert being held when it was about 50 degrees...but that's just me and my sick sense of humour.
