Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

Here's a bump for this absolutely must view event. Every single voting American should have to see this. The future of Democracy is at stake. The Palast stuff is essential to understanding the House Judiciary Committee Hearings on the 8 fired U.S. attorneys (they are scheduled to reconvene next week). RFKjr gives one of the great overviews on the current state of media and information you'll ever hear.

Here's a link to a complete and continuous video of the event on google.

To fully understand what the firings are truly about here are 2 U.S. news reports (basically the only 2). The corporate media should be embarassed and ashamed. They have the goods that Karl Rove, etal. broke election laws to steal the 2004 Presidential election.

First a PBS story that was aired in 2 parts from YouTube (about 17 mins)

    PBS - caging (part 2)

The 2nd is story by Greg Palast for "Democracy Now" and explains the real reason why several U.S. attorneys (specifically David Iglesias) were fired .
It's in 3 short parts (the 3rd part has a little overlap from the 2nd).

    part 2

    part 3

It should also be noted that the scheme to steal 2008 is in full gear. The thieves are that arrogant.

Greg Palast is the finest investigative journalist on the planet. He works for the BBC . The corporate media in the U.S. won't have him because he's to courageous and won't be censored.

He uncovered the story of the false felon purge list put in place by Kathryn Harris, Jeb Bush, etal. in Florida in 2000. He did this before the 2000 election was certified. Nonetheless it went unreported by the U.S. corporate media.
The false felon purge list resulted in tens of thousands of voters being turned away at the polls. These voters were disproportionately black and had their votes been counted, George W Bush never would've been sworn in as President.

Because of the "false felon purge list", the congressional black caucus demanded a mechanism to insure this could never happened again. Eventually the Bush administration gave us the HAVA law (Help America Vote Act). Every voter not on the rolls or most importantly "challenged", gets a "provisional ballot. On election day there were over 3,600,000 challenges nationwide (including absentee ballots) and over 1.5 million were never counted. As a result, we now have illegal "caging", "mass challenges" and massive voter suppression resulting in more election theft.

This should all be drawn out in the House Judiciary Hearings. Watch for it.
