A: Why Behavior Detection Officers of course!

Freaks! Dear lord...we're being over run by control freaks...

Travelling by plane is really stressful .

Queues ; hot cramped conditions ; worrying about excess baggage ; trying to carry 3 suitcases plus hand luggage for my wife , child and me ; where did I put the passports ; don't lose the boarding cards .

Don't ask me to smile as well .

what a load of crap. better not be tired and pissy for that 6 am flight. I'd love to see the training these behavior specialists have.

It amazes me the difference between flying commercial and private. You know all the hassles you have to put up with but flying private as I do now...we drive right up to the plane and get right on.

I mean just once did the pilot check to see who I was and that was just the first time after that we drove up and hopped in. No security check, no metal detectors none of that stuff.

If I had a pound of herbs I could just hall it where ever we travel except internationally, we haven't done that yet. We'll see later this year in that we're supposed to go down to Barbados. This country is becoming one with the haves and the have nots.

yeah but i might forget one of the kids. and then that would lead to a whole other security breach. and then i'd be busted and a cavity search might follow and ... and ... and...

i was thinking the same thing about myself. i am not a very good traveller. i keep to myself and don't engage people. i have to focus my mind on the destination. and smile? forget about it.

I'm usually so nervous, what with all the dicking around with getting my meds onto the plane in my hand luggage and just all the nervous energy expended being bossed around and watched, it really doesn't take much to set me off when I'm at an airport. And that's before we even get into me being a nervous passenger. So I'm thinking there isn't usually much smiling going on so I can quite imagine how it's gonna go down with these new "watchers". Like I say, I'm screwed!
