Because as much as I believe that OJ killed Nicole and Ron, I'm for the fact that his case was held up in court as being acquitted.
The evidence was faulty, it was tainted, and that could happen to an innocent person who can't afford the "Dream Team" lawyers that OJ could afford.
That was what my argument was.
No, I understood what you meant. And I agree that faulty evidence should never result in a conviction. But why were the people that supplied the faulty evidence never subject to review? I guess my problem is that the court system as is stands currently is seemingly highly ineffective in a lot of cases and that's not right. I mean what of justice for Nicole Brown and other victims? Or at the very least, that people can be safe in the knowledge that when a person's guilt is obvious that we can find ways for them to be subject to rehabilitation or some kind of control? It's not right that the man walked. And that he, for all intents and purposes, has been able to get on with his life without being accountable for his actions? To that end the court is failing. Along with them having to make the findings that they did. Especially when they also make the mistake of penalizing the innocent. That's wrong.
