  • He's in 4th fucking place, and has been since the beginning! i like the guy, and wish he would win, but you cant expect the media to give a shit about a 4th place candidate.

What a joyful week...first the Pats, then that dirty selfish fuck with no regard to history Ron Paul taking diggers. What's next a revolution by the left complete with health care, rise in min wage, tax raises for rich corporate fucks, upgrades in inner city schools, and the demolition of Wal-Mart? I can only hope.
  • Found a nice quote. At least I caucused for Obama in Idaho last night... 80%... woohoo ... stupid California.
A friend of mine asked me tonight, “Should Ron Paul just quit? I never hear of him on the news so he can’t be doing very well today (Super Tuesday).” Here is my reply to him:

I don’t care what the liberal media is saying, he has,

    2nd place in Nevada

2nd place in Louisiana (possibly first once they get it sorted out)

    2nd place in Montana

    2nd place in Maine

    3rd place in Utah

    3rd place in North Dakota

There is about 21 more states left to vote,

    He has plenty of money,

No one has even close to enough delegates to take the nomination,

He has the only true Republican stance on the issues,

He is the only candidate who believes our government should follow ALL of the Constitution,

    Quit?

Not even close. Keep fighting, Ron Paul is!

  • 2nd place is the first loser, especially in republican primaries. he hasnt won a majority anywhere yet.

Mike Huckabee wasnt being paid attention to by the media either until he started WINNING. When he stopped winning, the media stopped paying attention.

    life is just not fair.

That's a fair point, but while Huckabee has not received as much press as Mcromney, he has received a lot more press than Paul. I'll grant that he was just ignored in the last couple debates... a little. But, not as much as Paul was ignored.

And you're right. Life is not fair, and our primary/caucus system showcases that nicely.

I caucused for Obama in Idaho last night. 80%. Great. They are virtually tied in delegates, but ... oh wait... There are Super Delegates too.

Super Delegates shouldn't count. How does some elitist party official count more than my entire precinct, let alone my entire county?

Illustrating that Democrats are just as crooked, if not sublty more so, as Republicans.

    :D

If you think caucauses are "elitist", what must your take on "super delegates" be?

    Sheesh.

You get the good nametag stickers if you're a SUPERdelegate.... and padded chairs.

I think the metal detector/ name badge rules are different too if you're special like that... I'll have to ask Cynthia...
My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

The whole thing is ridiculous. I can see why we are moving toward a socialist, "do it for me please", society.

At least socialism is more honest than this "faux freedom" we have now.

FYI socialism isn't intended to be a "do it for me please" society, it's intended to right the ills of society whereby the few can continue to take advantage of unearned privileges and the many get the shaft.

True, but it's "usually" not imposed by force like communism is. It's "by choice".

Hence, "do it for me please". :D

Socialism convinces people they can get something for nothing.

And it was never intended to be anything of value to the people.

It was intended to be a subversive method of gaining more power by the elite. Let the people think the government is working in their best interest, and they will give up more freedom, and also MORE TAX DOLLARS!

That is the real sick nature of Democratic Socialism.

It tricks people in to no longer voting for those "selfish capitalists" whose supposed self interest violates the public interest ... and shifts that vote to the elite statists whose policies of populist appeasement are really just a sick vehicle for wealth transference.

Given the current reality that government is utterly corrupt and not being run for the people or by the people in any stretch of the imagination ... why would anyone expect ANY of the current candidates to be anything more than statist puppets who want to further the trend? Why would they want to hand off more freedom to the government?

Look at The Fabian Window, understand what Shaw and the Webbs intentions were. Look at them hammering out the ENTIRE WORLD. Look at the WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING! Look at the masses bowing down in praise of socialist literature! Read that page. Dig deeper.

The people are only a tool to be USED!

  • I'm very familiar with GB Shaw. I'm actually related to him :)

To me it comes down to people's fear of death. They want to be molly-coddled through life, instead of really living... chips fall where they may.

i can see the need for personal conviction for self-worth...etc. where i disagree with mr. paul is the fact that he wants the chips to fall where they may now, and that disregards 250 years of disservice this country has done to women, minorities, and urban city centers. IMO that's gotta be fixed before any "hands off" happens.

    Well ... not really.

His main thrust is to end the overseas hemorage. Bring all troops home. Save the billions and billions from ending the war and then start to ween the younger generation off of the welfare etc...

He's not going to remove all of the welfare programs right away. He's stated several times that he's not going to "throw the people out in the street" that have come to rely on the government for help.

  • Who cares !!!

The guy has no shot at winning

    Does it really matter ?

  • Probabaly not. RP getting elected isn't really the issue for about 50% of his supporters. It's his stance on the issues, and I think the 50% are passionate about the issues more than the man. The guy's a terrible speaker. He has his good nights, but for the most part he's seemed really worn down and babbles alot.

What does MATTER, is this fucking retarded ass war in Iraq, and the fact that I am FORCED to pay for it through tax dollars, as well as FORCED to pay for the Department of Education which is doing it's best to FUCK UP my two boys' education.

Thank God, one has a fantastic math teacher and the other a great and dedicated Vice Principal that have gone out of their way to communicate with us and work with the kids.

Guess what? That's local helping local. That's all I fucking NEED. I give a fuck about the rest of Earth and it's power structures.

And before you go off on me about that, I give nearly 100 bux a month to help some individual children in 3rd world countries. My choice. My money. Going directly to an invidividual of... MY CHOICE!

That does fucking matter. The government just gets in my fucking way.

Obviously all the fucking socialist/neo-con fucks are too lazy and DONT ACTUALLY CARE about other humans enough to make a real personal effort.

    fuck them

RP actually received more votes than Mcain in the first round of voting.

Notice how only Ron Paul walked way with delegates, in addition to Huckabee. Mcain and Romney received zero.

No mention of any of this in main stream media.

However you feel about Ron Paul, this is fucking bullshit.

Guess what.. fuck America. Fuck it. Fuck earth. ><

This is really taking liberties with the word "won."

Just baffling. I mean at least the media could dog pile on RP. At least mention his name one time... lol. Don't be afraid.
