I thought this shows the true colors of these two. They joke about an event that will ruin thousands of lives to make a political bash against Bush and McCain. I found it to be very off color. Thoughts?
Many many wonderful shows, since day one.

I think they are making fun of the right wing religious fanatics that state natural disasters like Katrina are Gods way of cleaning and making pay the sinners of New Orleans...funny how quiet those same people are when Tornado's rip through the bible belt, or Florida is ravaged by a hurricane. No reference to God wrathe then.

Funny, I thought the same thing this morning. Republic convention. Ironically another big hurricane heading for the coast, bringing back the fucked up memories of last time the government failed.

I guess I'm an asshole too.

Serve the RNC right, it's as ironic as it can get for the government's neglect of an entire city. If they think it's funny and that bothers you what do you think of the administration's neglect of this city and Gulf Region that could've saved lives?

It pisses me off that they neglected the whole cost. I just think it was poor taste that they used this upcoming storm that is going to obliterate the coast not to mention thousands of lives just to remind us how bad the republicans and the Bush admin screwed things up. Olberman is just out to make the Bush admin look bad. Its obvious that they have fucked up alot of things, he's just beating a dead horse. Moore is no different. Its like reporting that the sky is blue every single day. Just tired of the shame in politics and the reporting of them. My thought and prayers are with the people who's lives are going to be great effected by this A-hole Gustav. Take care.

Yup. Moore has been irrelevant for many years, and Olberman hasn't had an original thought since sometime last year. Who cares what either of them have to say?

Very lame. Probably in response to Focus on the Family asking people to "pray for rain" during Obama's speech.

But still tasteless and these idiots shouldn't stoop the level of moron conservative groups like Focus on the Family. Much less stoop lower.

You said it there. Olbermann is no longer watchable. He is so far in the tank for Obama, his show has just become a smear the Republicans hour. I used to watch his show even though I disagreed with a lot of what he said, but now it is frustrating to watch and hear Fixed New or Fox Noise over and over and over. We get it!

Yep...sad. He was a good anchor on sportscenter too, how the mighty have fallen. His head is so far up Howard Dean et al's asses that he's now only showing his legs.
