Web-rage' man gets prison term
An internet user convicted of Britain's first "web-rage" attack has been jailed at the Old Bailey for two-and-a-half years.
Paul Gibbons, 47, attacked John Jones, 43, at his home in Clacton, Essex, in December 2005 after the pair exchanged insults in an internet chatroom.
The unemployed man tracked down Mr Jones, a father of three, from personal details he had put online.
Mr Gibbons, of Southwark, south London, admitted unlawful wounding last month.
