Try an mp3 cutter to split it into two tracks. Here's one I found by google:

I used to cut bonus tracks off last tracks for my friend using CDWav, but this only works if you rip them as wavs and then encode them after trimming. I had all that software from doing audio processing of shows I taped, but if iTunes is your only audio manipulator, try a free mp3 cutter like the one above.
