I know, I know...Nadar!

But has he ever mentioned who he was/is leaning toward for this upcoming election? To me, he's been quite silent...

Wheras i have utmost respect for Ed, and i do think it would be interesting to know, i have to say it doesn't really matter. My mind is made up of my own accord. In a way, i think his seeming silence on the issue might be the best approach.

You're right, it doesn't matter at this point. It's just odd for him to be this quiet in the first place.

Given his outspoken history, i agree its somewhat odd. i also think he may be through alienating fans.

I think he probably doesn't know who the hell to support. Obviously not a Republican. I'd wager he'd feel pretty icky supporting any of the Dems, as well. And it seems like he's learned his lesson from 2000 -- supporting a third-party idealogue is more or less like casting a vote for Republicans.

eddie shouldn't worry about choosing a candidate to back. instead he should deal with any frustrations regarding the current situation by spending a lot of time writing songs about it for a new album, which would then be released on election day.
i'm more a fan of popular bands.. like the bee-gees, pearl jam
