New York Times says Bush tied Truman (1952) with the lowest approval rating of all time. 22%

Can Bush set the record? Or are those 22% so unwilling to admit his failure that they will stick it out with him for the rest of the year?

    bush should get the same treatment he affords political prisoners.

    he's already got the record for taking the most vacation time of any President, who not another one.
