    It is an interesting point to consider. Ticketmaster pretty much has a monopoly on ticket sales in manyt venues and they have overpriced service charges. It could also be said that 10club has a monopoly on presale tickets (and front row tickets) but they also have issues with selling tickets such as their website crashing and people being charged for tickets they don't get. I think in both cases a lack of competition leads to lower levels of service. I am curious which of those two options people think is better and why.
