So.. The Middle-East...
Since the train was stopped. A few things have happened, Israel launched an attack at Hizbullah claiming they were rearming in violation of the UN resolution.
The UN is sending forces to the Syria/Lebanon border and Syria has said that would be an act of hostility. Syria said it would close it's border to Lebanon in that case.
Someone mentioned Israeli nuclear subs going into service.
That's about it I think. France originally said it would not send more troops because it's too risky, but they just agreed to sending a bunch more.
I'm pretty sure the Lebanonese army is in Southern Lebanon already.
