  • I think Ahnimus can see into the future and isn't aware of it yet...

Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

Found a much better clip. It's actually a pretty cool movie.

Great, that one crashed my explorer.

I saw like 3 seconds of it, they are describing Hebb' theory. Or Hebbian Theory of Neuroplasticity.

I've seen that clip and agree with just about everything it has to say. The point is, the movie is a false representation of what the science actually means.

I necessarily have the passion for writing this, and you have the passion for condemning me; both of us are equally fools, equally the toys of destiny. Your nature is to do harm, mine is to love truth, and to make it public in spite of you. - Voltaire

Do I have to keep watching it?

Doh...did I forget to mention just watch the intro?

    my bad...

Man, I couldn't even see anything and that woman's voice almost hypnotized me.

No offense, Ahnimus, but if I wanted to see lectures about biology, then I'd attend lectures on biology at the university. That, and my mind melts down when biochemistry or suchlike is discussed. Probably like Angelica with dry science. ;) I can handle science, but not chemistry. I'm taking people's word for it concerning that stuff.

It's good you find your subject interesting and exciting and want to share, by all means, but dont get too disappointed if not too many here find the time or inclination. We aren't stupid or ignorant, well, not more than any other people at any rate, even if we prioritize differently. :)

PS: Am I "Dan The Man"? :D
