I find this hilarious.
I can't believe took Bost 3 WEEKS to notice these lite-bright "bombs," not to mention that they were placed in 9 other cities with no complaints at all!

    I had a good laugh over this but now it just makes me sad. Are we that hyper-sensitive as a society now? Can we laugh at nothing? Wasnt there one 20-something cop on the force that was like, "Hey, that's Ignignot. He's flipping me off as hard as he possibly can." The Fox news coverage of this is pretty funny though. 24-7 news channels have changed society. and not for the better.

    Society is so uptight now..... those guys were clearly funny geek dudes. I especially liked the hairstyle discussion. I hope they don't get jail time or something.

    This is unbelievable... If these guys get in any trouble for this, I'm leading the march against it.

    I loved when they actually showed the object in question, and it was one of the MOONINITES.... I had a feeling.

    Great show, it's been a while since i've watched it though.

    Boston Cops are idiots, N.Y. Chicago LA Seattle and the other major cities just took them down. Boston shuts the road down with the bomb squad and blows them up. Ive always heard from EastCoast people that Boston is full of idiots. I guess the Mayor of Boston is more retarded then Dubya.

    I love how the ABC news guy starts off the story by saying what a measure this is of just how jittery people still are. Look in the mirror! The news media does everything it can to create and feed this culture of fear. They embelish "news" stories to create shock and fear and try to coax viewers into tuning in. They run commercial teasers about the story you have to see because you or your family could be in danger. If its so important and we could be in danger from something, then tell us now. Don't wait till the 11:00 news or till we get back from the next commercial break. They have very little journalistic integrity anymore. Its all about the ratings instead of the providing informative content.

    Also, I have no idea how that thing was confused for a bomb.

    man, 'a hoax', i mean, does everything have to fit into their clean straight lines, i'm sure it brightened the city for awhile, gave ppl something to talk about, etc man, ppl are uptight

    It really is...people need to go get a massage or smoke a joint or something. It seems like someone is freaking about something everytime you turn around.
