in 1992 Clinton got SMOKED in Iowa with only 3% of the vote... and in NH he got finished second getting beat by 9%

Yeah and the same person did not win both Iowa and N.H. in 1992. When that happens, historicaly they become the nominee.

Mostly rural precincts in right now in the conservative side of NH. I think Obama will stll win, but the polls appear to be wrong with the ten point projection.

It is Edwards who is done. I think he's polling 3rd in South Carolina (his birth-state and a state he carried against Kerry). Looks like he'll have to settle for possible running-mate status again. Just as well. He's the most detestible of the Dems from my perspective.

Hillary lives to fight another day.

damm she is a fighter it sure looks like she will win tonight ....
jesus greets me looks just like me ....
  • Hitlery is taking the lead over Obama.

Shocked to see McCain take it. I guess the NH demographic likes the aggressive aspects of foreign policy.

Curious....is Diebold running the counting boxes? :p

    Yeah, maybe...

Well i'll tell you one thing for certain. If Hillary Clinton wins the nomination, we as a collective nation, are all FUCKED. i'm not even kidding. i'm getting sincerely frightened. Hillary Clinton has less than a snowball's chance in hell at winning a general election. Republicans absolutely HATE her. Independants don't really care for her either. You can forget about swing states. Absolutely forget about 'em. The vast majority of her votes are coming strictly from the hardline democratic party faithful and thats simply because they've been bottle fed Hillary Clinton for the past four years. Theres no way she can win a general election. It wouldn't even be close. Nominate Hillary, and hand the white house over to the republican candidate for a continuation of Bush policy both foreign and domestic. Not only will the rest of the world still hate us but i sincerely feel there is an element of domestic agitation simmering under the surface and about to boil over. If our socio-political climate doesn't change and change fast, i fear an eruption of violent revolution. i'm not kidding. Hell, even if she were to win, and even if she were sincere (anyone with eyes and n ounce of common sense can see that she isn't. She is as phony as they come. She is interested only in power, money, and white house style comfort for her and that ugly ass daughter of hers), she would be an absolute lame duck president from day one. She is far to divisive. Republicans HATE her. You can forget about any bipartisanship and she would not pass a SINGLE thing through congress. The way our government is set up with its necessary checks and balances would render a bitch like Clinton completely powerless.
i seriously fear we are all screwed. republicans are, well... republicans, and democrats are apparently to fucking stupid to see through some fake ass tears, and phony sentiment. i used to be scared for my kids. i'm now, sincerely scared for me AND my kids.
i've always been a non-partisan that leans toward democrats because i am fairly liberal. If the democratic party nominates Hilary Clinton, any hope i ever had for them will be completely lost. It would be the stupidest fucking thing they could do.

Well did anyone think GWB would be this bad of a President when he was voted in or placed in as President?

She can't be worse even though I won't vote for her. The Republicans want a a Democrat to win the Presidency so that they can be handed this messy state this country is in.

THEY know it's a job filled with falure....we shall see.

  • This chart speak volumes as to why that will be nearly impossible.

    Exhibit A:

As far as pledged delegates...this race is over. The Clintons will try some backhanded backdoor politics to get it at the convention, so I won't rule that out. If they do that though they prove they care about their own ambitions more than the party that got them where they are.

I hope so, this will make my decision easier.
I thought about not voting because
    I didn't realized Obama had a chance.

    This looks really good.

    F**K McCain and the Republicans!!!

Even if Edwards doesn't endorse Obama, and even if he looses Ohio, it will be by a small margin and they will probably end up splitting the delegates almost even anyway...

I just don't see any conceivable way that Hilary can win this nomination.

The only way she can is through backroom political manipulation---which is why the Clintons can't be ruled out though.

Here's an interesting question. If Obama were the one to lose 10 races in a row, what would be the Clinton attitude?
