taking a long shot here but why not. I went to the seahawks game and wow, playoff football is insane.

everytime I see your screen name I think you are from Illinois.
shoulda, woulda, coulda, defense made the stops when we had to and the offense made some great plays at the right time. Great football game. the deserving team won.
there were breaks that went against both teams...tillman's dropped interception (easy 6), moose and berrian both dropped big passes to set up short fields. I read the seattle paper this morning and they made it sound like the seahawks were the only unlucky ones. Both teams caught breaks that benefitted them.
all very true but you forgot to mention how the bears made the big plays when they needed and WON the game. GO BEARS
touche salesman, touche.
The Hawks definetly gave away some chances, but the Bears are still weak. Grossman is a joke, and if the Saints don't kill him, whichever AFC team they play in the SB will.
The Hawks were playing with a loan officer and a boarder agent in training in the secondary, and they still almost, and if it weren't for poor decision making by Hasselback and Holmgren, would have won that game. I would be scared shitless of what Brees and Duece are going to do to them next week. GO Saints!
Grossman a joke? he's either all world (7 games over 100 rating) or warming the bench for a middle school...but he was a part of a team that beat the seahawks twice.
The Bears do have holes, they were without 2 pro-bowlers on the defense...EVERY team is beat up right now. Wanna do a signature bet for a week for the Saints v Bears? ...might as well make it a little interesting than just pointless banter.
a little biiter about the loss hmmmmm. grossman may have been really really bad at certain timews this year, but he definitely did what needed to be done to win yesterday.
21 for 38 282 yds 1 TD and a Mushin mohamand missed catch gift interception?
did you see hasselback's pick? of course you did. he threw it right to manning at one of the most important times of the game. embarrassing.
another woulda ? keep em coming.
I'm not scared at all. brees hasnt played in cold weather in years. they are a dome team and walking into a very hostile enviroment with a trip to the super boal on the line. both teams will show up, it will be a good game and the bears D will step up and make the big plays just like it did on sunday. saints defense sucks, so even an "ok" rex can put up some points. as well as a pick from tillman for a td and punt return from hester. i'm not worried at all. see you in Miami. I mean you'll see me in Miami
Your damn right I'm bitter, pissed, and angry. Wouldn't you be if your team was on the road in the playoffs with several chances to win, and couldn't pull it together. Don't even talk to me about injuries, because besides Tommy Harris, the bears were all there. The Hawks have been decimated with injuries all year. Your right the Bears found a way to win congratulations. But, as much as I'm hurting now the pain you feel after Grossman has a melt down next week, or even in the SB will be a joy for me. It will happen, the guy had an ok game yesterday, so you know next week could be a passer rating of oh, 30.
Mike Brown (probowler) has been out a majority of the year too.
or he could have a passer rating of 130...neither of which will be surprising (which scares me a bit)
yup, but my team didnt, yours did.
I didnt say anything about injuries.
you had a full healthy squad yesterday, so this statement is irrelevant
thanks
unlikely, its playoffs. rex will do just fine against a soft defense. you wouldnt have a hook up for tickets would ya? I'm lookin for 2
Your right you didn't say anything about injuries someone else mentioned it.
Of course I don't have tickets, but if I did, I'd sell them to you, 1,000 apiece. It would be worth it, the last game of the year for Rexy and the boys.
haha....see you next year.
