VA Beach....Camping @ First Landing...

Got my tix for this show....Followed a tread to find this great camping location about 12 miles or so from the venue! Looks really nice and highly recommended! $30 a night for tent sites with electric....Kinda pricey for tent camping but beats $100-$300 for ocean hotels in VA Beach proper. Anybody been there? Anybody going?

    Camped there in 2006 for Dave Matthews show. I really liked it! I brought my own tent. But it was a lot of fun sitting by a fire after the concert with friends. I recommend it. Plus the beach is nice for swimming.

    I'm going to the concert, but the most outdoors I get is golfing and watching baseball. So it's safe to say I won't be camping haha

    Kewl!! We are planning on staying til Sat and seeing some sites in the area as we wont arrive til late afternoon on day of show....Driving up from the Columbia show the night before....WhoooHoooo!

    That looks really cool...I'll also be driving up from Columbia and was thinking about bringing the ol' tent.
