I think John Edwards would win today. People know his name and have a good idea about what his politics are. Hillary comes across as a bitch. Not enough people know Obama right now so he wouldn't win.

That will all change in November 2008. Obama all the way.

    lol @ Bush

  • Clinton or McCain... for the non-political junkies (probably 90% of the voters) it's all name recognition....

Bush will, with 100% certainty, not be the next president. See 22nd amendment to Constitution.

If the election were held today, we'd have a year's worth of Mudslinging to look back upon. The Winner? Whoever hired Karl Rove.

ever hear of the BBC? biggest news organization on earth.ever hear of Greg Palast? he has investigated both elections and both were bogus.ever hear of Gore Vidal? he wrote a book on electronic voting machines and how they were/are used to steal elections.ever hear of Diebold?they are the major manufacturer of these machines and the owner of this company just happens to be a big GOP man and was quoted on record that he would give bush the election.and if you know nothing about what went on in Ohio you don't deserve to question me.

didnt palast say kerry won 2004 based on exit polls? thats hardly a reliable or conclusive reason to say the election was rigged and incorrect.

that's not all, read the rest of my post.also the discrepancy between the votes and exit polls were the biggest in u.s. history!!!

i probably will read it. but one question, if its so easy for republicans to fix elections how come it didn't happen in 2006?

Why would they need too? All that's been accomplished is a huge fucking mess. Might as well pass the problems over to the Dems.

I've never said Republicans themselves fix elections, just certains ones with lots of influence and power. It doesn't have to be a Republican or Democrat thing. It just so happens that the Republicans usually have more ties with big business and deregulation for their profits sake.

If the election where held today a shitty ass politician would win. None of the candidates are worth a dime in my opinion.

  • i sure hope those arent our only choices. The Dems always choose such BORING people Kerry, Gore etc... I mean we got to add some spice to the mix. And unfortunatly Obama and Hilary arent those ingrediants
