Help! Ten Club Says I'm Not A Member Anymore!!

ok, so I log onto Pearl Jams new website and its awesome, with awesome new stuff in the goods section but when I log in it says I am not a member!! Theres no record of my address or previous orders!!! I know that I didn't have the greatest ten club number but still!!!

Has this happened to anyone else?

Please help

    hey this happened to me also, and I have been a member for quite sometime. email the ten club and then they will fix it, thats what they did graciously for me. they actually kept my old password and not some new generic one and everything. i am sure that with all of the changes glitches happen.

    and if any people that run the ten club are reading this, i thank you so much for helping me out in such a timeless and great fashion. shows me that this is by far the best fan club a person can be apart of!!

    Sync your Message Pit and 10C e-mail addresses up. That should merge the two accounts.

    Yup that works, that's what I did and it worked just fine.

    me too! i post here, and i'm already logged into the goods section, ready to buy, check my status, profile, settings, and .. order history! mama mia! '08 has been wild, baby! :)
