    This seems to be such a revelation for so many of you. Have you all just awoken from comas? Jesus Christ, Mary's been out as a lesbian for quite some time and the Cheney's are perfectly happy that she's their daughter. This isn't some big news or new thing. Perhaps some of you need to get past your own fixations on homosexuality.

    Pregnancies happen all the time. I think it is the homosexual angle that has caught people's attention. And I understand the irony, believe me. But early on the comments were aimed at Cheney, who hasn't been anti-gay, so the comments were off target. I do hope the fundie right are squirming in their tighty-whiteys about this, though.

    Gay adoption rights have also been a hot topic of the republican party. It seems they think homosexuals will make unfit parents. And Dick may not openly say he's pro or anti gay rights but the fact is he's a huge player for the party that is definitely anti-gay.
