  • thanks...just started watching.

It was pretty amazing how the whole world was totally compassionate and loving towards the U.S. immediately following 9/11.

then Bush put his spurs on :(

I do have the dvd. I probably watched the bonus features. I'll have to check it out again.

  • Bush: "Our society is a good solid democracy because of a good solid media" he even phrased it like a question. As though it was a guess.

I don't know how these assholes can look at themselves in the mirror, or keep a straight face in public.

If everybody in America saw this, the entire lot of them would be rotting and festering in jail by tomorrow morning (one would think).

It's all so ridiculously apparent, that I am literally speechless.

It's the same thing as getting wealthy via murder. There's no difference at all. The U.S. is run by an elected mafia.

Frightening in a sense that this is all probably going to come crashing down, and America is going to be rendered into one gigantic steaming pile of shit.

It's already smelling like it now.

Maybe they are just doing all the wrong things for the right reasons.

If the collapse of the Soviet Union was thought of as a victory initially, you would think (know) for sure military strategists would have analyzed that, and realized that the US war on communism had nothing to do with the collapse of the Soviet union. It was already rotting from the inside out and doomed.

If the US gov't wants to say "look how we spread democracy and solved the problems of the Soviet union...see how it works"....they are either far beyond the definition of hopelessly f-cking retarded or just lying their asses again of as per usual.

    I'll go with the latter.

Personally, I don't like to think that such people exist without cause. So I'm trying to rationalize what would motivate these behaviors. Perhaps it is power and money, those are very strong motivators. I still find it difficult to believe that every president since Eisenhower has been equally as greedy. There is something else going on that once these people actually get into power they have little choice and often are not able to fulfill their promises. It's one thing to say "I'm going to cut taxes" but once you get in office and realize how the economy really works, you might realize that's just not possible. I'm not saying that we should simply trust the administration, quite the contrary, it should be open for public scrutiny, everything should. That's the way the founders of the U.S.A. wanted it. I live in Canada and like the foundation of American Democracy much better than Canada's, but I feel that America has deluded it's self and is now corrupted.

Bush can speak out, step down, (gasp) perhaps do the right thing. I don't believe he's stuck anywhere, in any position. If the President of the US is not free, then we're ultimately screwed a lot more than we know.

He's actively participating in committing crimes against humanity. He should be hung just like Saddaam. In reality there's not a stitch of difference from what Saddam did to what Bush is doing right now.

    Hypocrisy at it's finest.
