World's Smallest Political Quiz

While cruising wikipedia, I stumbled across this quiz. Thought it might be interesting to see where the MTers stand politically. I know you will all be surprised to learn that the quiz 'labeled' me a liberal. ;) Although, I teetered between agree and maybe on one of the economic questions. An agree response would have 'labeled' me as a liberal libertarian (what a tongue twister!)

    LIBERTARIAN

    LIBERTARIANS support maximum liberty in both personal and economic matters. They advocate a much smaller government; one that is limited to protecting individuals from coercion and violence.     LIBERALS usually embrace freedom of choice in personal matters, but tend to support significant government control of the economy. They generally support a government-funded "safety net" to help the disadvantaged, and advocate strict regulation of business. Liberals tend to favor environmental regulations, defend civil liberties and free expression, support government action to promote equality, and tolerate diverse lifestyles.

    I am a liberal at 70 % personal (i dont know what the ID card is about) and 10% economic.

    And with the above description, I take it as a compliment. :)

    I'm a left-leaning liberal. 80% personal, 30% economic.

    It's weird; when I was younger, I was a staunch conservative. Now I'm moving to he left. Isn't that the opposite of the way these things usually go? It reminds of the old saying, "If you're not a liberal in your 20s, you have no heart. If you're not a conservative in your 30s or 40s, you've got no brain."

    I guess I'm brainless (not a surprise to those who know me).
